Hello everyone!
I am completely new to the world of blogging so forgive me if my first blog is lame. I feel a little sheepish writing a blog because I wonder who really cares....but I'll humor myself and continue. So first I should give you quick background info about me....
First and foremorst I am from Colorado and I am a singer/songwriter of pop/folk music. Like most musicians I have been playing for most of my life. I am from a large family with a bunch of awesome siblings, and we all love being outdoors. My main divide has always been having to choose between making a living performing music, and living away from Colorado. Los Angeles is where I live, and I've chosen to live to play music. The choice is made harder because Los Angeles is almost anti everything I love in life. There are no open spaces, clean air, or places to really feel 'at home' at. I'm not saying this to knock the city, especially since the amount of opportunity available to musicians here is unlike any other place in the US! You never know who you might meet on any given random day, which definitely keeps things exciting when you're feeling like you're not progressing in your career, or feeling like the world is just too big for you.
I play with 3 other rockin bandmates: Bryan Titus (guitar and backup vocals), Will Weissman (bass) and Jeremy Miller (drums). My first album, titled In Our House, was released in March of 08 and is available to purchase or download on itunes, CDBaby, and Amazon.

Some facts about me:
I love Colorado
I love mountains, and the strip of land along the front range i.e. Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, and New Mexico
I love fireworks
I hate awkward moments, and am pretty uncomfortable around awkward people
If it were up to me I'd wear sweat pants all the time
I am pretty simple, whether it be taste in fashion, thinking, whatever
I am stubborn
I love the outdoors: i.e. camping, hiking, skiing, backpacking, etc
I love to run and workout and get sweaty
Id say I'm a really healthy eater, but I LOVE food, and I LOVE desserts
I lived in Chile for a semester in high school
I cant continue with facts about me, I feel silly
So I hope I kept it short and sweet for my first blog. Now that you know a little more about me, I promise write some more indepth and interesting blogs in the near future.
